Now it is here, the golden season, and before we wrap ourselves in the warm winter blankets, the beautiful autumn seduces us to go out again.
The perfect time to organize an autumn garden party. Fruity wines, hearty peasants, hot chestnuts, colorful dishes, sweet seductions from seasonal fruit. This is pure "autumn enjoyment in nature"
Not with feta cheese as in the Greek cuisine, but with lots of bacon and potatoes as in the true Tyrolean.
Add variety to your everyday kitchen.
And magic this delicious, light hearty and quickly made salad on the table.
Almost exactly 3 years ago, I did not even know that any rhubarb even exists and what it exactly is.
With the move to the countryside and my little cooking delusion, I was also able to get to know this wonderful vegetable.
The food in the open air is in my opinion still one of the most beautiful sensory pleasures. At the weekend, it was once again a great opportunity to celebrate this.
